Overview
Octavius Pharma is a pharmaceutical manufacturer and exporter producing DC granules, finished formulations, pellets, herbal extracts and food supplements, with contract manufacturing and formulation development services.
Its buyers are procurement teams, distributors and other pharmaceutical companies, and they search for very specific products and services. We work with Octavius on an ongoing SEO program to make sure the site shows up when those searches happen.
The challenge
A pharmaceutical catalog is technical by nature. Product names, dosage forms and manufacturing terms vary from buyer to buyer and market to market, and a large catalog can easily compete with itself in search.
- Many product and category pages targeting similar terms
- Highly specific B2B searches with low volume but high value
- Buyers spread across many export markets
- A need to turn visibility into product inquiries, not just traffic
Our approach
We treated search as a sales channel. Every product category and service page was mapped to the searches real buyers use, then strengthened with technical fixes, on-page improvements and supporting content.
- Technical SEO: crawl and indexing checks, site speed and structured data
- Keyword mapping: one clear target per product and service page
- On-page optimization: titles, headings, copy and internal links
- Content: blog articles that answer buyer questions and link to products
- Reporting: a monthly review of rankings, clicks and inquiries
Results so far
Over the latest three months, the site earned 574K impressions and 7.49K clicks from Google Search, with an average position of 8.2 across all queries and an average click-through rate of 1.3%.

What's next
The program continues month by month: expanding content around high-value product categories, improving click-through on pages that already rank, and tying search visibility more closely to inquiry forms.
